The Council appointed Mr Michael R Jack on 02 November 2017, on a five (5) year Fixed Term contract. Mr Michael R Jack has 19 years of local government experience.
His vision is to contribute to growing Thembelihle Local Municipality into a formidable force in Government, delivering quality and professional services to the people and fostering sustainable public relations.
